Eligibility

The Tag Mile Giveaway is open to legal residents of the United States who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees of Tag Mile, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and immediate family members are not eligible to participate.

How to Enter

Entries are earned automatically through purchases made on TagMile.com during the giveaway period. Each dollar spent equals the number of entries stated on the giveaway page.

No-purchase entry option: Mail a handwritten postcard with your full name, address, email, and phone number to:

Limit one mail-in entry per person per day.

Giveaway Period

The giveaway begins on the date/time listed on the official giveaway page and ends on the date/time listed. All entries must be received within this period.

Winner Selection

The winner will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries. Odds of winning depend on the total number of entries received. The drawing will be recorded for transparency.

Winner Notification

The selected winner will be contacted via email. The winner must respond within 48 hours to claim the prize. Failure to respond will result in disqualification and selection of an alternate winner.

Prize

The prize is the vehicle or item listed on the giveaway page. No cash alternative or prize substitution is permitted except at Tag Mile's discretion.

Taxes & Responsibility

The winner is responsible for all federal, state, and local taxes, registration fees, and any other costs associated with claiming the prize. Winner may be required to complete a W-9 form.

Publicity Release

By entering, participants agree that Tag Mile may use their name, likeness, and entry information for promotional purposes without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law.

Limitation of Liability

Tag Mile is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, or misdirected entries; technical failures; or any injuries or damages arising from participation in the giveaway.
